The most you can push it back is 45 days....as oppose to WH()RING out the paypal account and running 1000s through it as quickly as possible and literally having an unlimited paypal for a solid...

Yes you can now change title and description even change paypal address.
So if you just make 10 extra listings and list as zero quantity and save for a rainy day....you are technically never timed...

Yes, I was banned dec 1 2016 permanently and I received a 1099 a few months later for 2016. I was able to access my account and download any excel files I wanted.
six months later I can withdraw...
