Close the bank asap. So paypal can't deduct the funds from your bank if they try to.
Start fresh and open new accounts, and don't let this happen again.

I being doin ebay stealth for over 10 years now. I have over 15 accounts.
They never sent me a 1099. And I never paid them a cent in taxes!

I did not use no stealth book or nothing. All I did was use different browsers on each account. Used a real number to vertify each account. I browsed Ebay for 3 weeks before I listed my first item....

The first item you sell is very important. Ebay somtimes manually review your first listing.
Make sure it's not high risk! Sell somthing cheap at first!

What works for me is selling a cheap item first.
Like a book, dvd, or used clothing. Then after 3 months of selling
cheap items, you can then sell what you want,
I made over 15 accounts like this.
