iCard - google it. It allows 20 virtual cards @ 1 euro each. They work everywhere and iCard doesn't care what card holder name you use at checkout

I can CONFIRM it works with mismatched names without issues.

£1 for every new account you setup and you will get a new sortcode & account...

They offer 5 accounts and do state they accept paypal transfers but I'm not sure about...

You shouldn't enter an EIN until much later when requested by PayPal.

Well once you get the 0/0 limit all you can do is add a bank account to get any form of limit on the account.

For a start the UK giving out 0/0 limits has nothing to do with the phone number (if you're using a SIM card) it may well have something to do with it if you're using VOIP but it's an amatuer move as...

Out of curiosity i listed a BIN listing with 5000 items and after around 3 hours u get the email...
