You receive the item number by email. If you search for the item number youll get the item page - youll know it is live.
As others said though it can take up to 72 hours for it to show in the search...

I use portable browsers so all cookies stay in their own portable folder so no bleeding of cookies.

Yes you should not be looking at your IPV6, be very careful, ebay is looking at your IPV4 not 6
