There isn't any limits really. But.. Paypal's robots more then likely will flag first-time high-value transactions.

I have been using amazon fulfillment. I notice the accounts that do get shut down are the ones not using Amazon fulfillment. If you use Amazon FBA. Less likely to have issues and have your rating...
