The product I sell is sent through eBay message. I would ask my buyers to leave positive feedback and promise to give them one of my products for free.

It’s my experience that when they tuck in a request for receipts from you after a MC011, it means the account is toast, if your customers have not left feedback over 20% have you left feedback for...

This can mean many things, but the best thing to do is just wait for a day and it will sometimes resolve on it's own.
