By default, Yahoo Mail automatically disable external images, so unless you've changed the settings, your good to go! :thumb:

Sorry, this is the UK. PayPal there do not play fairly.

They have declined to release holds for many accounts since late 2014 even after the 180 day hold.

What you are experiencing is highly unlikely to cause any issues.

If you are concerned about it, get another dongle or switch to using a VPN.

I don't think any app like this exist, but it is not really an issue. All phones/dongles change ip all the time, and once the ip change it is assignated to someone else. Ip address is only a little...
