i got a 10 day hold today on one of my accounts ? has anyone seen that before ? i have not uploaded tracking or anything of the sort, maybe they had reduced it to 10 days.... doubt it ,,,i wish though

your account has received a temporary block. You need to call up and they will remove the block. Trust me ive done it like 30 times over multiple.

Normal ems is dreadful ATM. To get them through fast you need your supplier to use hk ems speed post , however the packagers are landing with charges but it's better than waiting weeks!!
