Right, ebay has successfully enrolled me in Managed payments AND the funds have gone to my bank

I still have a banner saying i need to re-upload docs :noidea:

Proceeded with managed payments application and sent in some top docs.
However they said the ID wasn't high res enough
I can't make it more high res so may have to give up.

Balance can only be withdrawn if i send in docs

Had a UK Paypal account that became limited by Paypal (never figured out why.)

Got an email months ago saying funds (£500) are available to withdraw after 6 month hold. Logged in but it wouldn't...

they fedexed a written letter (delivery confirmation) with screenshots...

for the record, leaving the account a few weeks didn't help.
Since i can't add a bank the only way i can get money out of this account is by paying stuff
So i'm paying bills and stuff through this...
