I think you need to have verified the email option prior to this, that's why i wasn't getting the option on one of my accounts, as luck would have it i found the sim so managed to get in.

You'll need to allow 5-6mths from the date of deletion, rather than when you were suspended then you'll get the email that they are releasing funds, you'll get the runaround till then or ignored.

It's 5-6 months now from deletion, no responses until you get a release notification only got paid out after May deletion about a month ago.
