So after about 7 attempts at this I finally got it to be accepted. I used all my real info that was linked to a suspended account about 8 years ago. They have approved everything and it passed...

So I went ahead and put my real info as the contact name. All LLC info matches just fine with bank info, address, etc.

I put in all my real info and when it switched over to MP nothing had changed and so I thought I had to change it manually after that.
