Just list whatever random book, buy it yourself and after that slowly list digital goods in small amounts to grow the ebay stronger.

Actually not lying, I've been selling digital goods for ages now, it (in my experience) is painful hard to get the docs accepted. Once I hit the 1800 EUR mark, I'm upgrading my account to business...

Incorrect. Having a sale record helps with selling those. An aged account has nothing to do with that.
