If you try to set up an account and immediately get banned, is your ip, hot spot or the sim you used compromised? Sames goes for other info like email and banking info?

I had over 1000 sales in 13 weeks being on there. In all honesty I was kicked off because of a dumb ip infringement mistake on my part. I'm finding it harder to get back on than e.bay though
