 Need Help Clearance Delay DHL
hi...im a newbie here...my DHL shipment has been on clearance delay for 7 days. i tried calling DHL customer support and i was told to call their brokerage department directly to know exactly what to do. and so i did. the customer service representative said they need me to go to DHL Hamilton to clear the package by myself. She said that I need to accomplish some paperworks that I need to present at Customs. Btw,the package contains new baby clothes,old books and some computer printouts (reviewers) that i saw/downloaded from the internet. Do you think I should go and process this paperwork or should i just kiss this package goodbye? Im hoping you guys could help me out.
