I'm not crying about anything I just figured that was not something bad but I guess I figured wrong. And also is the PXP does not play PSP games it has built in games. Does anybody know if the retro consoles have the same issue importing those ? Just looking for something extra on the side to sell. I do a lot of buying and selling of game consoles and games I have a quite large inventory

But the seller has been very rude and nasty so should I just ask for a refund don't want him to send me an empty box | If the seller on dhgate refuses to refund you then you can simply open a dispute with dhgate and let them know the parcel has been seized by customs. As it has been seized due to counterfeits, it is the seller's responsibility. Do not throw any letters you received from customs as you will need to send dhgate that info for evidence.

I've already said I don't care. I just did not know it was an item that would be red flag. But it would be nice if someone would answer my question about the retro gaming systems if they have the same issue on importing

Why does everyone have to post comments insulting the OP which contribute nothing to the thread? The guy isn't upset, he's not trying to make people feel bad for him, and he understands the package is gone. He also isn't asking for any illegal advice. He's just trying to figure out what his options are moving forward with his business. There's NO NEED for the cavalry to ride into the thread on their high-horses.
OP - To answer your question. I don't know what kind of "retro" game consoles you are talking about, but if they are trademarked then you run the same risk as last time. If you import the generic android pieces-of-crap, you would be fine. Regardless of what you try to import moving forward, I would use a different name and address. Anything you import with that shipping address now will be subject to increased scrutiny from customs.

It seems the bashing on here is getting out of control lately. Lets not be PC commandos. How about we treat each other with some respect.

Its people that sell these sorts of items that
A - Drive prices down on eBay
B - Make it a lot harder to sell said items for genuine sellers
C - Make a lot of people assume what your selling on eBay is not genuine.
If it was a one off genuine mistake that is fair enough. Most people have been there and done that by mistake when starting out. Doing it over and over again though is a different ball game.
Importing unbranded generic retro games consoles is not an issue so long as they are declared correctly

i have absolutely no problem helping people. but there are a ton of scumbags on here hiding the truth and begging for help. it is a massive waste of time when a couple posts later, a few intelligent and experienced members of this forum had to fish out the truth which is nothing more than another moron whining they can't make money with their ill.eg.al business.
OP admits to doing this multiple times and clearly has no remorse or regret. just looking for fast cash and won't stop until the co.ps show up. so yea, i'm gonna continue to out the scumbags who wanna play games and hide and do nothing but waste everyone's time on this forum.

Yeah if you guys. If you actually take a minute and read the crap I've said I have not import anything from China in a very very long time years and years ago. I have close to 100 game consoles 5000 in games so I think I'm doing pretty good all legal. I deal in old and new video games so something like the handheld console that I was trying to import would be a nice thing to go with my stuff I'm already selling just like the retro game consoles. Just picked up 3 more original Nintendos today along with about 50 games .

It would look very similar to one of these
. It does say Nintendo on the box so I would like to know if that's going to be a problem..
If its going to be a problem I won't worry about trying to import it, I'm quite happy with the money I'm making right. now but I would like a little extra icing on the cake
