Well yes it is going to be a problem if it says Nintendo on the box and its not actually made by Nintendo... Surely that is pretty obvious no?
What if it says only NES ?? And not the whole word?
There's a video game store that I deal with sometimes that imports them all the damn time at. Well like I said if it's going to be a problem I'm not any going to mess with it. I'm waiting on the seller to get back to me with actual pictures of the box

NES could possibly be a problem also. Pretty sure that phrased is TM'd by nintendo. Get you supplier to custom make you some boxes that say "generic game console". Maybe not that, but anything not copyrighted.
I didn't know they made game consoles that can play old nintendo games. Seems pretty cool..
Well thanks everybody for their input I think I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. Just bought out every game a store had and all the game consoles pennies on the dollars. There is very good money with old and new game consoles
Let us know when U.S. Customs visits your home......
I seriously doubt they're going to come to my house for one little box. AND If they do o well.. be more than happy to show them all my merchandise I have I have zero counterfeit goods in my warehouse or house not including boxes of receipt and and Bill of sales where I have bought stores out.
