Blimey i had a defect removed by a filipino customers services no trking nu

I cant believe it It was for a customer who claims it didn't arrive then contacted CS .I hadn't responded to the customer for 10 days had no tracking number.. it was just a RM first class label ....Today he escalated it ,and won then i got a defect

So i called them up got the usual spiel Then she said what do you want me to do ..I said remove the defect ...She just said ok i can do that for you ..RESULT!!
