Default entropay dramas

Got an email saying my entropay is suspended, will not tell me why and that's the end of that. I have my stealth paypals linked using the vcc from entropay. Do I need to immediately add different vcc or am I ok until they expire (I don't use them to fund the Paypal accounts so they wouldn't be used to purchase anything).

Any idea why they suspended the account had about 4 vcc set up for different Paypal accounts, besides that not sure what I could have done wrong as mentioned did not use the cards for any purchases etc.

Did you use your real ID to establish entropay? Was the card attached to a decent bank? If it was some variation, then entropay more than likely decided not to do business.

tbh, they are being well picky these days. Their usage for ecommerce has increased so much, they are getting tougher by the week with their requirements

Entropay do that in several cases
1. your documents that you sent are not good.
2. Charge back on your funding source.
3. you didn't access your account for than 12 months(this is not your case I guess).
3. If you have more than 1 entropay account with different names and address.

In this case, it is none of those, EGYfromhell. Good info for others, however

Only got to 4. I got to 25 and they sent message saying no more for me.

They also said they will be opening a reseller program that would suit me and they will be in touch - I not banned as they seem to value my custom - me - are they mad?!!!

Anyway, you can always work something out and get another entro acc. - all legit and above board - I am not telling as I dont want it to stop working. Sorry.

UK business

Yep this account was all legitimate, had no reason for it to be otherwise. Was using a high street bank also. I barely ever used it to make any purchases however now that I think about it and even if true it hardly warrants a suspension.

I bought an item and paid via echeque and the seller said he wanted money immediately so he refunded me but Paypal would still try to pull the money from my bank to cover for the echeque however I didn't want that so didn't leave enough money and when they tried to take money from my bank it got declined so not sure if they tried to than charge the card on file but even still just because of that can't see how that would cause a suspension.

How easy would it be to open an another entropay account say using my dads details and his card etc or is the address blacklisted?

^ I am no entro expert, but give it a go, you may be pleasantly surprised.

If you do go for it, I dont see a problem as all info will be legit. All that can happen is they will say no, so you wont get in trouble.

As mentioned, I am no entro expert, so just my thoughts on the matter.
