After 90 Days, Selling Limits How to get them up

We know that new accounts get 10/500 for 90 days or 3 months. What tips do you have to get them to increase it. Does it get increase right after the 90 days?

Do you have to sell all the 10 items for every month to get the limits increased? What if the account sold 8-9 items per month? Will this cause the limits not to be increased?

I never saw anyone on here say the limit was for 90 days.
I myself have quite a few accounts at the moment which are increased to 100/5000 and are under 30 days old.

Did you have to call to increase to these limits? Or were they done automatically?

Not all accounts get increased at the 90 days period. Some will take longer.
