Default PayPal Limited for opening dispute??

As alot of you know a while ago lost a paypal account+ebay.
Decided just to keep the paypal for non ebay use like fiverr etc.
Well yesterday i sent a payment to someone and paypal's automated system automatically ruled in their favour just because they added postage info.
So I called paypal who told me they would re-activate the case and this has been done..as obviously the item went elsewhere.
I look at my hotmail inbox on my iPhone today and have the dreaded limitation email..the first one i've been hit with in a while!

It was limited today at 11:27 AM

And says:

PP-002-262-884-787

'We've noticed a unusual pattern of activity in your paypal account, which could indicate a high risk'

Is this worth fighting ..anyone come back from it?
If so please advice..my gut feeling is bye bye account..

They're asking credit card+ bank account statement

Please put up the entire e-mail (minus your info) to make sure it is not a scam e-mail.

Great idea..but I have logged onto paypal and seen it isn't a scam rsot..

Here's what they want in resolution centre

- Photo ID (SUBMITTED AS WAS ALREADY VERIFIED)
- Proof of address (submitted as already verified)
- Info on recent activity ( was last 5 transactions..4 of them were money received from fiver.com in $ so explained this and 1 was the payment sent for the transaction I disputed..explained)
- Bank account statement
- Credit Card statement

Always fight for every account. If you can provide the info then definitely have a go.

yeah i got everything already
I just need the bank statement+ credit card statement they want..

i take it this has to show the bank account number+sortcode on the stealth and address/name etc?

Yeah, they'll be looking for a statement from the account attached to Paypal.
Sort code, account number, stealth name and address.

thats ebayor..whats the difference between the 'credit card statement' and 'bank account statement' they'll want..as the card i have attached to the stealth is from the same bank as the bank account and was the same as the bank one..and the other card i had was a 3v..

Does the bank statement show the debit card number anywhere on it? A transaction perhaps?

If not phone pp up, tell them that the card attached was attached to bank account and see if a statement will do.

At a guess, they'll probably settle for a bank statement given the other list of requirements they've handed you.

yeah..ive got a bank statement..just on the res centre says bank statement+ credit card statement..but obv the credit card i used is the one for that same account i used..and the other card i attached was a 3v lol

Uh yeah i can make it so it says a statement like one of the trans i suppose

Okay this is really weird.. i of course told them about where the payments came from they were questioning - it was 4 fiverr.com payments and then a £70 payment i sent to someone ( same payment i disputed) and i explained in details where each of these payments came from. And about the £70 payment.

So i log onto my email to send the bank statement i was gonna do and then see this:

Dear XXXXXXXX

We have completed our review of your documents provided, and as you have completed all the required steps, we have restored your account.

We would also like to thank you for your patience and cooperation during
this process.

You got lucky, lol.

They will have looked at what you sent but not matched that up with what the system generated requests were.
