What can you do its a foofoo item, yes he knew that no doubt but you dont really have a ground.

Just have to cut your losses, be polite (i know it hurts) and deal with it.

I always put something along the lines of i am extremely sorry, i will issue a refund, as my feedback means allot i hope you can find it in you to be kind when leaving my feedback.

Suck up to them, they will leave a posotive saying issues resolved etc (hopefully).

Ignoring him will result in a neg for sure! Tried that approach before and failed every time.

Wow so much drama for 100 usd - take necessary action - you got ripped off...I'm not saying it's right but for the time wasted on him, just focus on generate cash other way.

$5 or $500. it's not the cash that is the focus here, or moving on from the cash. it's trying to avoid having a scammer try to red flag my account, after it's taken a year to build it back up. I really haven't wasted much time on him either.

That`s fine I know the feeling - scammers are annoying and you have many posts telling about viable options. Now is the time to build new accounts so that you wont be so annoyed by just one action like this on an account.

If you already have other accounts building up - very nice then
