Default Just hit by: MC011 Your eBay selling account has been restricted

Ok so my 4 months old account just got hit by a MC011, the account is in perfect standing, 70+ 100% positive selling feedback, 0 case opened, 0 low DSR. Below is the MC011 email I received:
A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items. You're also not allowed to register a new account.
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).

To help you be a successful seller and ensure a safe experience on eBay, we sometimes restrict selling activity, end active items, or suspend accounts until additional information can be verified or obtained. These actions are not necessarily meant to be a reflection of your account's activity, but rather a preventative measure.

To learn more about eBay's User Agreement, go to:
http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/polici...agreement.html

To appeal this restriction, please review the following guidelines:
-- Submit all of the following information:
- Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. This can include either manufacture invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement.

-- Important --
- Make sure that your name and user ID appear on each document that you submit. If this information isn't included, it can't be processed.
- Be sure your submitted documents are current, valid, and legible.

Upload all documents on:
https://ocs.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI...ptName=AUBaOff

-- Note --
- It may take up to 3 business days to review your information.
- All documents submitted will be destroyed after we review them.

Please reply to this email after the above requirements have been met, and we will begin the appeal process. Also, please be aware that we may ask you to provide additional information to appeal this restriction.

And then they have removed all the current listings I have got.

What's the chance they can lift the limitation if I provide proof of purchases? And do I need to provide for all items I have sold or just the listings that was listed on eBay?

What's the chance? It really depends on what you are selling or what they THINK you are selling...would you classify it as risky?

Nike sneakers and all 100% legit. I can provide purchases receipts from authorized retailer.

But what triggered it since my account so perfect?

Does this means I only need to submit invoices for the items that was listed on eBay? Not the 70 items I have already sold?

That was the same message I received and my 4 year old account was gone. I tried to give them make up invoices but they didn't buy it. I think you should give them all the invoices you have.

Were they asking for the items you currently listed on eBay when received the restriction or do they also want all invoice for you previously sold items?

I have read your thread on this issue, but the jeresy you were selling were purchased outside of your country right? Was your invoice legitimate?

All items I was selling are all purchased in official store with receipts.

THen what you can do is go back to that store and ask them to reprint the receipts for you. It shouldn't be hard.

If they ask when, check with your credit card of your purchases with the store.

But just be prepared that they aren't going to return your account so you aren't disappointed

I have still got the receipts, always keep them for these type of situation.

Guess just have to go with it and see my luck.

Should I give them a call first before submit or just submit the docs and wait?

I had the import documents and invoices, they still went ahead and shot down my account. But I think you have a stronger case than mine because after fighting with like 10 ebay reps on the phone, she finally told me that my sales volume increased too fast, and they didnt like my supplier.

What likely triggered it is the use of the name 'Nike' - heavily monitored...and listings get taken down.

Did you had any disputes/neg feedback/Low DSR?

I'm trying to figure out the reason that caused the limitation.

I did send eBay an email few days ago regarding selling limit and they asked me to call to discuss. But I never called, could this be the case?

Just submitted the documents, finger-cross.

Would anyone suggest I should give them a call and have a chat? Or shall I just wait it out?

I gave them all during the same process. They told me they received my documents and I should expect to hear from them soon. I did hear from them soon but it wasn't good news. So given this, I would try to be more patient

Everything happened in two minutes. I remember it just like if it was 5 min ago. I was walking to the train station. Missed a call from eBay ( I knew it was eBay because of youmail) I saw I had a mail in my inbox It said my selling limits were increased. My happiness lasted about a minute as I got another mail right after the missed phone call and the notification of increase, which is the same exact mail you got.

I fought a lot to find out what could have caused this. They didn't tell me anything. On Indian rep said I had Turkish invoices and my sales volume increased significantly.

No negative feedback, no low DSR and a 3 year old account.
