and by lifting it I'm sure you mean confirm the CC, correct?

the literal term "lifting the $500 limit" would mean you would also have to confirm a VBA or Social, yes?

To lift the $500 limit you confirm the CC, You Verify your account with VBA....AND NO we never use SSN.

Buddy, you sound too confident about your opinion and disagreement, and that's fine, we can agree to disagree. And you don't have to repeat yourself accusing me of misinforming the members here, because I am not and will never do.

You can read all their T & S you want, but make sure you are aware of the privacy laws in the U.S. They are different from Aus, U.K. and even Canada.

What you guys are referring to is public information, which could be inaccurate, insufficient, modified, and unofficial (how else do you think your Stealth account can get through then?) To run a background check, one must have the authority to do so. And their T & S does not validate an authority. Your public information could be found anywhere, from social media websites to third party agencies. Your background check is much much more precise than your public info. Your background check guarantees to consist of your criminal and civil records, likely your financial records as well... Your public record does not, necessarily.

I am not an attorney, but I am in middle of a legal suite which involves eBay, one of their VERO partners, and my company. Therefore, what I am "espousing" here is what I have been taught and assured by my attorney and other legal professionals.

I may be new to this forum and to the Stealth account, but I am not new to eBay and PayPal.

So in some cases I've heard a VBA is an automatic nono to PayPal, but in other cases I've heard people have had no issues verifying Stealth PayPal accounts with a VBA. Do you or anyone here knows the definite answer to this? Please?

Dont be put off by my Australian flag. I am replying only to USA accounts here.

It becomes like how long is a piece of string.

Definite answers might be hard.

Each user creates accounts differently. As you can see from this thread, different outcomes are posted.

EG, MM78 makes accounts and has success with the usage of VBAs.

I make USA accounts, never use VBA & have no issues.

Part of the issue, imo, is what a new stealth seller does with a newly created paypal. I have mentioned I have a verified & confirmed paypal as soon as I attach that to an ebay account.

Others differ. Have you had VBA usage yet?

No I have not. To be honest with you, I've only created one stealth account, and it is without a VBA and a VCC. I used a traditional gift card, and verified my bank account instantly by providing the account number and routing. Then typed in a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ EIN and my PayPal verification was completed.

What I struggled the most with was my selling account, they asked me provide documents, and of course I photoshopped them.

Everything was fine until the next day eBay asked me for a bank statement. I can also photoshop that as well. However, there are some barcodes and scan codes on the side and top of my bank statement which I don't know what they specify.

If you or anyone knows more about the bank statement requirements/techniques for stealth account please let me know. Thanks

Man I swear some people on here just buy the ebook and don't read just come on here asking 5 million questions. This was a really good one. I do it the same way as you do but for European accounts - the VBA!

Hey big update guys at least on my end I've gone 0-9 with forwarding services, including Text me Text + Gvoice and 3-0 so far with tracfones
Like many others are stating tracfones are the way to go to avoid the 0/00 limits

This should def be a sticky

Also anyone knows if u could just get a new number with tracfone without having to pay extra (just wondering)

Does paylo allow you to hang onto your minutes longer than tracfone? Im hoping to find a prepaid that has minutes that last 90 days, instead of expiring after 30 days.

NOTE: PAYLO doesn't give u free minutes like tracfone does
Tracfone gives u 20 free minutes (more then enough to verify ebay)

Paylo's cheapest plan is 20$ for 400 minutes.

I purchased 100s of them last year when CVS had them for 4.99 and 1.00 off coupon.

I drove around and bought everyone they had at every CVS near Orlando.

Get them while you can.

I have used tracfones for years and never and issue with them.

Yikes my phone company has prepaid plan and I pay .09 cents per month (a dozen sim cards) only if I don't use it. I can email them and have them change the numbers if anything. And it's valid world wide even if I travel! So it's good no need to do what you guys do. I got a real company from back home in the country and yeah still works great. You guys sure spend a lot on phones. So I got it pretty darn good if you ask me compared to the numbers reused by GV and all the bs you guys deal with.

Why not get a phone from a real company guys and just change up the numbers every time no? Wouldn't that work for you guys?

That was the goto option years ago with either tracphone, boost, virgin mobile or sprint (cant remember which one) until it got abused and they started charging $10 or so to change numbers.

Been using Verizon phones from Walmart. Cost $10 and get $10 in free credit. Attach to g-Voice number and have two numbers now. Bought over 100 so far. No issues but G-voice is drying up so might just stick with Cheap mobile phones from now on. 7-Elven has Tracphone for 4.99 in case anyone is hunting for them.
