I see.

I think your post is one of the most important yet.

The fact you have had 4 accounts unused all limited suggests to me they are attempting to link accounts from account creation.

Mass produced accounts created within 48 hour periods, with similar IP ranges, similar VCC, similar email provider etc etc.

I think Ebayorbust suggested this a while ago.

Very sneaky of them.

I will happily give the accounts back to Ebayorbust or any other OP if they will be of any use for analysis

Or it could be something to do with flash cookies as I had FF on that computer, if anyone could tell me how I can check if they have been cross contaminated I would be grateful.

Firefox is unlikely to be the issue. I use all the browsers.

For Portable Firefox, I cannot comment.

This is something to do with linking accounts back to the Account Creation date of mass produced accounts, that are suspected to be bogus. It looks to have seriously affected one seller on here.

The fact no emails are being sent out regarding limitation reflects PP must be certain.

Open up the Firefox Portable - open Google and type 'Global Flash Settings' and click the top link.

There should be two tabs with brown type folders on the top.

Tell me:

1. On the first brown folder is the two tick boxes ticked?
2. On the second brown folder (second from the end on the right) does it have anything to do with Paypal in the website links?

All the accounts that have not had flash disabled will be linked and will be closed down.

This is one of the reasons we recommend user accounts and not using FFP
