Its a very complicated that you would put yourself in if you did go ahead with that, as one point in stealth is to be "cautious in every movement you make" and in simple terms not to be caught out.
You have already been suspended in the past so using your own name once again on ebay would be a big no no , as you already know.
the ltd company could be made and registered to the company House within the UK and then you may use a trading Name (the name you desire) and use this name on ebay, how ever this may be risky for you in the future and i say this because
:YOUR TRUE NAME and Information is on the COMPANY HOUSE REGISTER therefore whose to say a competitor of yours who could report you for what ever reason i.e. and then ebay investigate matters and find your real name etc on company or worse of still your competitor could go ahead and do so.
once the real details are revealed then you will once again be hit with another suspension then back to square 1.
there are many benefits of having LTD company vs a sole trader, but one problem lies with you is that your real information is there for the public to see on Company House
There are many suspended users on here who have created multiple accounts and have become successful users when selling on ebay in regions four figure sums a week or month etc...
as long as you stick to stealth and make profits then you will be fine, how ever with profits comes tax so depending on what you sell , if its personal possessions then its no problem but if you plan on making a business , then class yourself as Self-Employed, go ahead and check the UK HMRC self employed information on tax etc.. just so you know what to do when you hit them figures.
as for Ltd company you can do this and there are benefits i am not saying you cant but perhaps suggesting a different directors name some one personal to you just so there is no link yourself if in doubt someone does research on you, that way you have a win win situation.
personally myself I would not, I would only consider the thought of LTD company if my profits were Very HIGH and then Ltd company would come into action , Higher my profits then Higher my savings in terms of paying tax vs profit.
if you have good niche product for ebay purposes and you have proven this before on ebay in the past, then i would suggest to get someone to review your circumstances and work out a specific projection for you. And if the decision lies with LTD company then consider a close person who can director for you on this company , but remember and set a clause to make sure that you are the member that owns that company. Ok.
hopefully this gives you a bit of insight i would do a bit more research into it and the sums you need to make before registering etc... and the benefits of LTD in terms of business and to eBay ok before a decision is made.
