All it takes is another postal strike or some other disaster and they just do not realize it is not your fault.

I am keeping that in mind .. so far I got this 2nd account and my youngest son has one he never ever used .. might be a good idea to start using that too.

First of all, thanks Melissa for all the help and info.

Second, I just went on to eBay and seen he had already left a feedback so too late for anything now. Despite the first reaction of him with his e-mail comment and also deniying the cancellation, it was not as bad as I thought it would be.

Here is what he wrote in a neutral feedback (NOT a negative as expected);

Wow, that was a turn around but of course as I already had a negative feedback from last August it meant with this neutral one, my percentage has gone down :(
