Default Just got my selling limits raised!

So, went against most of the advice regarding selling limits on here and called eBay.

Got through to a friendly guy in trust and safety in Ireland.

He asked some very casual basic questions about how I get my stock where from etc.

Then said he is going to review my account and i'd be on hold for a few minutes. When he came back and said he could raise the limits I asked him what he was looking at and he said feedback comments, DSR's and items sold.

This account is just over 2 months old, will hit TRS/bronze powerseller on the next evalutation, all PP limits lifted. 80% of buyers have left feedback (all positive) and DSR's are 5, 5, 4.9 & 5.

Of course, I'm not selling GHD's and Ugg boots. Low risk items as far as eBay are concerned and I run my accounts properly with happy customers.

Was limited to 100 items & £3500, he raised it to 600 & £8000 and said see how it goes this month, if you need more, give us a call in 4 weeks time.

Don't be afraid to call if you've done things properly!

Now hopefully I'll sell enough to get the dreaded PayPal limitation out the way!

Arrgghh! There was meant to be a question in there!

After 90 days of selling, do the limits automatically go away?

Very nice to see a post that's not just asking/giving advice.
Also proof that things aren't all doom and gloom.

Very good work meVeBay.

Can I just ask though, is your PP fully limits lifted aswell or is it still on the £1900 limit?

All lifted. PayPal lifted the £1900 limit literally 15 minutes after uploading them. No phone call needed. Quite impressed actually.
