Sorry not to sure about the lifting limit. but can say for certain do not use "hide caller id" through the "3" network i had 5 Stealths but on one of them i couldn't confirm the email id because I wasn't receiving paypal's email, as the sim is "pay n go" I decided to call paypal using Hide call id three days later Ebay acc got shutdown.

but nevertheless I use 3's tethering options on my S4 mini works a charm haven't been given the same ip twice.
