Default paypal stealth limits long term

Thanks to this forum I have some great accounts going strong.

But I'm now wondering about the next chapter in stealth.

My best account is turning over about £3000 a month. eBay has a crazy £25k limit and paypal is completely verified, having long since been given ID. But as this account is growing rapidly, is there a magic number where they start to ask more questions?

I need to be ready for em and have never got this far before! Account is 2 years old and although I have other backup accounts, it wont be a simple process to transfer everything to a new account. I've an established shop with subscribers and lots of best match rankings that took time to generate.

Obviously at that turn over, you will of registered with HMRC as a business, and probably VAT registered by now, so have an established registered business number that you can provide to PayPal and Ebay, this will help come merchant review time.

if it 3k per month, u really don't need VAT. I think if gross sales goes more then 70k per year,u have to.

I'm registered as a business and do my tax return. I just take my withdrawals from each PayPal account as income. Any business purchases are made using my bank card or genuine paypal account. Not at the VAT threshold yet but its coming up maybe in another year. You need to have £82k turnover before its compulsory.

Merchant review time is the sort of thing I was worried about. When does this usually happen?

I have hmrc numbers such as UTR, but I cant give the same one to several stealth accounts can I?

I will be having same problems probably next year, but I just intend to have several stealth accounts and spread the sales so that they wont reach the limit in a calendar year.
HMRC is seperate "issue" and its an easy one to deal with- Just pay you taxes and calculate it exactly the same way you have described.

Yeah I'm happy everything is ok from HMRC's point of view. I pay everything I owe.

I'm just worried that PayPal will ask for my unique tax registration number or something like that and then either notice I've already given it them on a different account, somehow get a mismatched name to go with it from HMRC, report my earnings to hmrc with my stealth name and real UTR, etc

What is the limit you speak of spreading sales to avoid?
