So i got a reply back from the EE Department at PayPal but i am confused about the email.
Here is the email can anyone make any sense of it who is Ms Murphy and whos email is this ?

Also whats strange is there was 30k in my paypal they have released 16k when my account was limited the guy who closed it said i will release 20k clearly seems like this Steve got thats replying to be at the EE department hasn't listened to all the phone calls because if he did he would have heard the guy in the limitations department saying ill release 20k not 16k

beefcakes28@hotmail.co.uk shows that on 10 April 2019 PayPal received notification from one of you your buyer’s credit card companies that a Chargeback had been filed against a transaction received by you; citing “Buyer reports suspicious transactions” as the reason.
Please note that your customer’s credit card issuing bank grants its members specific consumer protections. This card holder chose to avail themselves of those rights, which are guaranteed by the credit card issuer, as well as applicable laws. We have no authority to replace or reduce any customer’s rights.
Our formal final response was provided at the bottom of the email correspondence received on 20 May 2019, outlining the bodies you may contact should you wish to further your complaint. In the interest of clarity, I have provided it again below.
