does anyone know through personal experience in the UK , how long it takes before paypal contact a debt agency about a negative balance?

as i have gone into negative balance on my friends account i changed the adress and numbers to my mobile will they now ring my mobile ?

i am overdue in fees for a couple hunderds on a few accounts... they keep sending me email with threats
