I have created a new paypal account.
I have verified ALL the information required on the paypal account.
All the ticks are green, but it still has the £1900 receiving limit?
When i go to the lift limits section, there is nothing more i can do to increase it.
Any idea's ?

This is a fairly common glitch. All green ticks but the limit appears to be there.
Contact Paypal. If you get hold of someone that actually knows what you're talking about then it can get fixed quickly.
If you do nothing. The account will get put "under review" when you hit £1900. They will then manually review and remove the limitation.
