are the 12 items identical?
if you go to AMZN and place 12 orders asking AMZN to send them as gifts to 12 different addresses,AMZN may not like it.
Your Ebay buyer could also report you to Ebay for violating Ebay rule ,retail arbitrage is a no no on Ebay, also on AMZN.
Wait till SAX4 comes along and tell you everything is fine, dont worry about it.
also you would need to enter AMZN tracking number in your Ebay orders.
There are Ebay sellers who use fullfillment by AMZN and have inventory in AMZN warehouse, they have no problem, they must have cleared with Ebay .

if he has a prime account for his personal purchases,he probably have a credit card in his name he could use/
But placing 12 orders all in one day asking AMZN to ship to 12 different addresses do not go well with AMZN.
MAY BE TRY DOING 3 AT A TIME
if he has family members who have prime, ask them to place some orders, spread the 12 orders among several people
all you have to do is to browse all the listings and see the stock photos and description and they are all consumer goods you can find on AMZN,COSTCO,WMT,for less.
Then they decide next time they want these goods, they will go to those sites and buy direct,.leaving Ebay in the dust
Some of these arbitragers could be in Indonesia,Spain,Israel, the problem comes when the buyer wants to return the item,I dont remember how it is handled?
If his return address is in his own country,Ebay would not be able to print a return shipping label for his buyer,he would have to go to AMZN and ask for return?will AMZN give him a return label free?
Or does he just let the buyer keep the item?
