With my luck, if I made an account got it up to 100 FB and tried to sell "more than 10" P90X like this seller. I'd be suspended, limited & bombarded with letters from Beachbody.

Ebay even has the nerve to give him 4th down the list on best match search results.

Yeah that guy or girl won't last long. There was another dude selling the p90x and Insanity programs by bulk. Something like "Wholesale 20 p90x sets" and they were selling for like $800-$1000. He disappeared a week later.

I think you should just mind your own business and not worry about what everybody else is doing. Obviously the guy, or gal has their siht together and is making a go of it. Stop burning calories stressing about what another seller is doing, and focus on what you can do to get your items out on the market without ebay shutting you down.

Exactly. When you are banned by eBay, it is human nature to look and see if others selling the same item have also been banned. But then you see 100 other people happily selling what got you banned. It is infuriating! It is unfair! It makes you want to yell and scream. To email eBay and give them a piece of your mind.

BUT IT IS NOT PRODUCTIVE!

eBay will do what they want to do. eBay is certainly not fair. But the best revenge is to get back on and keep your business going. Anything else is a waste of time.

Also, I know they will be gone soon, I was just trying to share a funny eBay account with the other members of the forum.

If you don't like me minding other peoples business (cherrqell) don't look up the item eBay and don't respond to my thread. I have several stealth accounts made with the help of this forum. So I feel it is my responsibility to share my insights and findings, rather they are useful or funny (such as this thread) that people may enjoy taking a look at. Its not often you see a sellers account with -2 feedback that is still selling an extremely regulated VERO item.
