New finding * got banned from amazon from postage label.
Amazon automatically updated my return address to old banned address. They acquired this from a prepaid postage label I messaged customer via pdf attachment .
Please be careful. Costs us our account ! not impressed.

wow. amazon is checking the pdf you sent to your customer which is crazy.
Yes, be careful. from now one if customer wishes to return, rather than giving them a paid postage returns label, Just get collection from door by courier(even though more expensive )

forgot about that one..
Also I was thinking what if you password protect the PDF?
It was the way the parcelforce account of our business has been set up, return address is business premises address. It displays on postage label . Did not think too much about a pdf file
regarding suggestion above: password protect pdf file.
it will be possible but to give the password to the customer you will be giving the password to amazon too.
I have also been thinking could it be bot scanned or amazon rep themselves. Account was going for 2 months .

Why would Amazon automatically update the return address just because they read it from a pdf? Does not make sense to me.
