I think banning them is going too far. But on the other hand, I strongly agree with privacy + safety - on which basis these should be operated by people with some form of license, as oppose to any random underage individual.

well, what you describe -that is pretty much the same as banning them......and it is not just underage people that are irresponsible..

and if one comes over my garden, I will get it with my air rifle, same as the magpies...
