Looking for phone verify service for ebay and paypal. Like when you need to talk to an actual vep to verify

Don't know of a "service" per say but perhaps look on places like freelancer or fiverr - there might be people doing that kind of service

I don't think he was offering this service to you, just trying to understand what you would need.

Best bet would be to make the call yourself, otherwise another person would need all the account information.
