Yes it does but for some really weird reason epay has serious problems when you login into them one day from Lyons France, the next day from Phuket Thailand, the next day from Seoul, Korea and the next day from Lima, Peru. Dunno why they think that is strange since I own my own Gulfstream.
TOR hides your IP but it gives you IPs from all over the world, not good if you wish to avoid epay suspensions/red flags.
They prefer to see the same IP login info all the time or else their overprotective automated bot security software will have a heart attack and flag you for review/auto-suspension.
About 9 years ago I logged into paypal from Chiang Mai, Thailand and that really blew a serious paypal fuse. My account was frozen and so was my debit card. They said so sorry but just as soon as you return home fax us over the needed info. I said well what am I supposed to do for money right now?? They said basically that's your problem. Lucky I always have good backups in AE travelers checks.
