I've noticed that about six packages are going missing every month - or "lost in the post". I sell about 200 items a month so about 3% of sales are going missing.
Buyers are going through the Resolution Centre and opening a case, which I have been able to solve any problems and the cases have been closed by the buyer.
My seller Dasboard shows no Defects due to the cases.
Should i still be concerned with regards to eBay or will eBay see the cases closed as resolved so won't limit me or cause me other problems?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I have had unresolved cases where eBay refunded the buyer, basically two buyers were impatient waiting for a replacement which was on it's away.
I've only had two of these in the last twelve months.
eBay resolved them within two hours of the buyer opening the case - not even giving me time to give tracking details or proof of posting!
Thanks for the reply.

If you solve the cases then it's no bother to ebay. They really hate those that don't resolve cases.
Sounds like ebay gave a couple of courtesy refunds. They do this sometimes when it's not the sellers fault but they buyers not happy for whatever reason.
