Tracking says item received
Hi all,
I'm just looking for a bit of advise I dropship from amazon.co.uk to eBay.co.uk, lately i have started to get a lot of buyers saying item is not received, when checked, all items have tracking numbers added to eBay and tracking clearly states that the item has been delivered.
In these circumstances what is the best way to proceed, when buyer contacts us and I can see its received do I ask them to open a case.... so ebay can sort it?
What about when also an item has been delivered to neighbour or left in a deemed safe place by delivery driver.
What should my response be to buyers in these situations.
Any help would be appreciated.
