Yes but I think they want us to be shown as sender and our address be shown on the package clearly even when it is shipped from China. That's what I know. But ****ing Chinese sellers don't do that

But how can amazon know if the address is on the package. They only know from information you give them...tracking number information or customer complaints...there is Chinese sellers with stock in the USA

By now AMZN probably has a list of the major and minor dropshippers in CHina and USA and Europe.

They don't like it and it just makes the account risky when you dropship.

Either way I stay away from it to eliminate problems altogether

I've got a legit dropshipping supplier with no name packaging and no invoices...they ship via fedex smart post from NJ and CA...I've got proof of the dropshipping agreement and invoices...I don't plan to do high numbers just moderate...you really think it's not worth it???

by the way everybody on internet, on youtube and third party platforms like helium10 and jungle scout gives us analytics and helps us find the right product. Ok lets say we find the product but then its Asin is registered to a brand so each time we want to sell that product we need to apply directly to that brand owner to get permission to sell the product under that Asin? what if we find that product somewhere else like alibaba or aliexpress for cheaper and want to sell it on Amzn ? what s the path we should follow? we need to sell it as generic? Then why do we use those platforms like JungleScout to find a product if we wont be able to sell under that registered brand?

Wouldn't you just avoid brands and stick to generics to avoid problems?
My strategy is bulk listing instead of focusing on "winning products"...sell a few units each of a large collection of products.

Seems complex and asking for issue with alibaba or aliexpress

then do not rely on JungleScout to find product which you cannot sell on AMZN,you can try selling on other sales venues.
Or sell them as generic,if it is made by some local sellers in China,it is generic knockoff

unfortunately I didn't avoid brands because I wasn't aware of brands' importance as well... because the Autods guy on YouTube used to show how to sell products which have higher ratings by just trial and error . he used to click on sell on Amazon link on the listing page and if the page allows him to sell it directly he used to sell that product otherwise tried another one. But what I did differently was even though it didn't let me sell directly I used to request for approval and answer the questionnaire and after approval started selling.

Well, you gotta do your research aside from just using those platforms....

There's a reason why the saying "if it was easy everyone would do it" exists.

Being successful on Amazon is NOT easy.

I started using autoDS but didn't use them for trackings and auto orders. I did most of it manually except adding products to my inventory for some items. yes I appealed but hasn't been accepted and my only problem is with fbm now not fba.. if fba wont get affected with this I ll keep doing fba more carefully
