Heres what happened in my situation.....
Opened new stealth account, sold 8 items in one day back to back, I knew I would be suspended as I am used to it, and am used to waiting the 90 days.
About a month after I was suspended I went to log into the account to add a bank account and it told me my username/password could not be found in the system.
So I used the password reset which let me reset my password via email, but even after it said I successfully changed my password it would still not let me login with the new password.
So I called Amazon, and they told me my account was being reviewed by seller support and I would hear from seller support within 48 hours.
Several days went by and I never heard from seller support, so I called back and once again was told the same BS that my account was being review by Seller Support and they would send the request over again and have them contact me within 48 hours.
I was finally contacted via email by seller support stating they closed my account and I would receive my funds to my bank account in 90 days but would not have access to my account.
I had to email them back and tell them I was didn't have a chance to add my bank account before they blocked the account, therefore had no way to get my money after my 90 days were up.
They replied the following:
Greetings from Amazon.com.

Thank you for contacting us. Please note, we are unable to update your bank account information on your behalf. Once the 90 day review has passed, please write back to us and we will provide temporary access to update your bank account information.

So yes, even on DELETED accounts where you are unable to login, if you email them after your 90 days is up, they will give you temporary access to add you bank account and request disbursement. On this account my 90 days are up on the 14th of this month. I will update again then if all goes well.
