This is my first review since I opened the account in 2013. I read in seller forums that people have received the same responses and it took 14-30 days for review to be over. Why do you say it's not good thing ?
Well if it was just a shipping issue they would have already lifted it
You know your seller account. As long as your metrics are good, you are not selling cakes and you give them all the info they need then you will be fine
Trust me I know how stressful it is when you get that little red exclamation mark
One of my US FBA accounts went on rolling reserve last week, answered the simple questions and guess what. The day my disbursement was due the rolling reserve was lifted but my funds moved onto the the next disbursement date to be paid in full. Guess amazon may be doing this for cash flow.
I hope you can help. I received same email saying my account is under review. After 2-3 days I cant login to my account anymore. No email stating why. I tried resetting my password to no avail.
I'm suspecting that I traded for a gift card that was purchased using stolen credit card or debit card and redeemed it on my buyer account.
I think my buyer account is suspended and since I use the same login on my seller account, its affected too. I just hope they amazon will remove suspension.
