You can buy many gift accounts with the same cc...is that what your asking?

Well, I realize I can purchase many gift accounts with my credit card, but what I would like to know is:

If I purchase a gift account from simon, can I use the gift account I purchased from them to purchase another gift account.

Oh...yeah you can do that as long as you have enough left on the card (atleast $23)...$20 minimum + $2 + $1 transaction fee...

I am amazed that those of you who use Simon.com . I have been trying to set up an account there but can't. Have twice been on long fruitless 800 number calls (which do cost me since I am physically in Mexico). Now they have emailed me to call there risk department.

QUESTION: I have been trying to use an epassporte.com gift account info to register with eBay without success.

Do the epassporte cards not work with eBay?

Hey all, I seem to be having trouble using my simon gift card. This is the first time this type of problem has occurred. When I try to use it (for online purchases or ebay verification) it says it is declined. Also when I go to the simon site and try to look at my balance it either says the simon site is down or that my card is not activated yet! The site then tells me to supply the verification info, and I do this and it says it has already been registered! I am getting frustrated, anybody have any ideas? Thanks a bunch.

I have been trying to get signed up and using Simon.com for two weeks. No luck. They take money from my bank account but no success beyond that.

I purchased a simon gift account yesterday morning at 10:30 AM. So far, I have not received it yet.

They guys may want to call Simon. They have been working for eBay and Paypal accounts now for over a year. And a majority of people on this forum have used one time or another. They're a good solid company.

I have now 2 times called their 866 number. First time I got an Asian who I din't understand well - but did get "it will take many days." Second time seemed to be American but she got cought up on the fact an error in the address and then put me on hold "for ever." Since I have to call from Mexico and pay direct dial rates, I hung up after 21 minutes.

I am having a terrible experience with Simon.

It has been mentioned that they are hopeless with customer service between Thursday &
Monday mornings (USA time). They also have server troubles a lot and that impacts on your
plans. If you can not go to a Mall, you might have to wait. Good Luck.

Everything is good and proper now. Guess it was just a week end thing or maybe they hadn't fully registered the credit card. which I suspected a bit because I received the CC 2 to 6 hours after I filed :) .

Everything fine with me also .. gift account received.

can these cards be spent at walmart or bestbuy through their website? And how do you cash them out if you dont use it as mine only has $8 and change left

When I have gotten down to just a small amount on a VCC I use it to pay a bill online. I have used a VCC to pay comcast 76 cents.

but does you comcast name and address match the information that is on your comcast account. My simon is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info and don't want my cell phone company or other company put flags up on my account.

got a vanilla visa
working cell phone number
new address
new name etc.
BUt in order to complete registration, I have to put a CC on file right after registration usually ebay does not ask for it until I start selling. NOw they are asking right after I make a new account!
The vanilla prepaid visa is not working, says it is unable to authorize the card.
DO I have to start ALL over AGAIN??
I really liked my user name too!

thank u. When purchasing the simon card, do I register with the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ebay info or my real info. I want to get the virtual card. Is the all access card just as good? and do I have to use my real info or the ebay ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info? thank u sooo very much! I may not have to start all over!

All Access is tied up with netspend so it does not work. Use the cards suggested by aspkin.

I finally got the simon card to work and am able to register a new account!
 

So, I do not have a debit card yet. SO I was stressing out on getting a simon card online. I to the mall where they sell them and bought it. I go to register it online and nope, cant do it because the addresses do not match. I changed the address to the mall address and it finally works. Is there any way of me getting caught? I am registered though.

so I am trying to set up a sellers account with my simon gifcard that i bought from the mall. There are 4 $1.00 transactions from ebay AND 4 $1.00 transactions from paypal. BUT paypal AND ebay are saying that the 3 digit number on the back is wrong! But there transactions are pending on my gift card. The gift card was only for 10.00 and there is nothing left because I used $2.00 of it. Should I use my new bank account to set up the sellers account? WWYD?

Hi guys. I really needed my paypal accounts to be totally verified because I'm expecting a lot of money in several of my accounts in the next few days so I decided to buy three Simon virtual gift accounts which I ordered last night. I just woke up and found that all three gift accounts were already delivered to my e-mail address. So, I activated them and then set up each account on a separate PayPal account and charged each card a $1.95 to be verified. Immediately after I went back to my Simon accounts and all three have already been charged and I could see the expanded use #'s instantly! I went back to PayPal and typed in the #'s and bingo, they are all confirmed with no withdraw limits! Had my doubts but am going to do this every time now.

Hello everyone, i posted the same question in the "sticky" thread above, i think i posted in the wrong place, i apologize for that.

my question is, i just bought my simon gift card form the mall for $20.00, i assume i have to go to the website and create an account so i have access to view the gift card information, balance and such... so, at this point, do i put another name and address on the card or do i put my real information? I will be using this card to create a new ebay and paypal account, will they link my real information if i populate the simon gift card with my real info?

Use other information when registering your simon card so that it matches up with paypal/ebay.

well... i just went to simongiftcard.com to register the card, but it looks like the only registration information is for me to login to the site and get deals and stuff, instead of registering the card under a particular name.
did i make a mistake by purchasing the card from the mall simon's booth? should i have purchased it online as a gift account and put my (other) information there?
or am i ok to create an account in ebay and pp and use the numbers in the giftcard?

In addition, what if the # is expired? Do I have to get a new giftaccount and update that information on ebay/paypal?

I just tryed to purchase a Simon Gift Account but when I tryed to check out I couldn't find how to check out if I lived in Canada. Is that service offered to Canadians?

I believe it is only for the U.S.

Yes, you should've purchased a Simon Gift account. Remember the purchaser's registration information must be your real info so you can buy the account with your credit card. The recipient's info (name & address) needs to be exactly the same as the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one you registered with Ebay and Paypal. Then bingo, it will work
