Default MC011 question

So recently got hit with this on an account younger than 90 days, which has been hit with a string of bad luck events. No VERO violations or anything like that, as I don't sell anything like that on here... instead I imagine this MC011 was moreso performance related and due to the account newness (I only have one feedback on my page, a single positive feedback, among my 30-40ish transactions).

Specifically the events I can think of are:

- a negative feedback from a buyer who didn't read the description. He left a negative because he misread the item description and what was included - thus the feedback was thus removed.

- TWO negatives from another buyer who claimed the item were not up to his quality standards. I emphathize with him, but he didn't want to open a return case. Nonetheless, these feedbacks were also removed, since he used profanity in his feedbacks.

- a buyer who filed an INR despite tracking showing delivered.

And also a scam buyer which I detailed in another thread, but this seemingly happened after my MC011. Literally, just the type of bad luck I haven't seen on any of my other accounts.

The restriction says all I need to do is upload tracking to show proof of delivery, but my understanding is that MC011's are usually fatal. Given the age of the account, is there any chance to recover it? I will certainly try either way, but just wanted to know if anyone had any tips. Pending the outcome of this restriction, it will also be interesting to see whether this account will be linked with others I have under MP... I know that is a big question mark on this forum.

In case I can't restore the account, under MP I can expect payout to be sent within 6 months, correct? Will it be sent to the bank account on file?

Feels right but why do you think you only have 1 feedback over so many transactions? Inherent problem with the items sold?

IMO it's moreso luck of the draw. Just overnight I received 2 more positive feedbacks which brings it more in line with my other account averages.. about 10-15 feedbacks per 100 transactions.

In the past when I sold branded goods, I recall averaging higher %'s. But I don't think there's enough "WOW" factor in these generics to really motivate someone to leave a positive out of sheer gratitude.

Additionally, I've noticed my accounts with more detailed product descriptions tend to err slightly higher in feedbacks, so that's one step I can take towards a better seller profile.

What % feedbacks do you think is acceptable? In your opinion

30 transactions are a lot with a new account , even if it is just cheap dollar items a small number of disputes may easily get you suspended so it is better to sell items where disputes are unlikely

Yeah man. My other accounts who sell the exact same items are doing quite well tbh. Really an outlier among my stealth accounts.

As an aside, I seem to be noticing a trend across my accounts where buyers who order multiple items in a single order seem disproportionately more likely to be a risky customer. Might start implement purchase limits on my account ... is there a way to do that?

Unfortunately I can only sell what I know. I am trying to branch out, but for now my expertise is limited to a particular niche.

Spreading sales around accounts is a good tactic Ive used, but I find it difficult to generate a top ranked listing with that.

MC011 are not always fatal, if you give them what they want the account will be reinstated. They may look at the shipping address where the order was shipped from, if you ship from a different location to where stated in the listing you may have a problem. It’s the detail where they get you with the MC011 and all must be right to be reinstated.

Actually, you're right. I'm not drop shipping but all my items ship from New York, and yet I selected a different state in the Ship From location. Should I specify in the appeal that that was a mistake? I'd like to appeal it asap

Other than that all my tracking is uploaded, the items are non branded / NON VERO / non risky, etc. To add to my previous comment, in the week since I got the restriction, I've gotten a ton of positive feedback.. I guess my buyers were just late to post it.

Im not dropshpping, but I did specify a different Ship From address by accident. Should I call that out in the appeal? Or better to not address it and hope they didn't see it
