[QUESTION] Can't sell anything on ebay due to limits.

Hello everyone, im having problems with my ebay account.

The problem is, i sold a product on ebay trought auction, but the buyer refuses to pay, so i did a second chance offer, after a while, nothing happened, the list ended, i try to relist the item, but it says i've already reached the limit of how much i can list from a category.

Another thing is, im from Paraguay, Paypal doesn't accept accounts from paraguay, so i used Moneybookers since they let me wiretransfer to my bank account here, but i can't create multiple accounts and multiple moneybookers accounts because i know they won't letme put everything on the same moneybookers account.

Also i try the "Increase limits" link on eBay support, but it says:

This feature is currently available only in limited release ebay

Can't do anything and i have to pay ebay for fees something that i already did, what do i do?

Sounds like they didn't want a second chance.

Try cancelling the transaction and see if you can list the item then. Once cancelled you will be credited back your fees.
