Default is a bank statement an acceptable document to provide?

so..the lovely people at paypal limited my account...well my friends account...but its an ebay/paypal account she opened as a huge favor to me so i could continue selling my items and making an extra income...anyhoo...the account was limited because it was thought to be "high risk" I had to verify her bank info give them tracking info (even though I NEVER got paid for the item I sold because they reversed the funds back to the buyer!!!) I sent an empty box to the address and used the tracking for that. but the last thing on the checklist is "Provide Invoices"

I uploaded a receipt for an iPod touch (which is the item in question) on November 8th...it's November 22nd and NOTHING...the limitation has not been removed!! ugh!!! I e-mailed paypal and got some automated crap about them needing documents still as the response

what document can I provide to guarantee that the limitation will be removed....PLEASE be specific

thanks in advance!!

Welcome to the forum!

Unfortunately, nothing will guarantee that the limitation will be removed. If you already submitted all requested info, then you should call paypal.
