Using same bank acc number just means your accounts will be linked, which etsy allows. If you used same acc number as a banned account then this new account will be deactivated immediately.

Usually its the 2nd (or 3rd) infringement after the "final" warning they suspend.
But, depends on what you sell. In my case, its not the obvious that gets you into trouble, its no name t shirt...

Its rumoured they give new sellers a boost in the first week to keep them keen, then its back to normal. Et si advertising is an option, usually works, even better if you do some testing.

Generally on the 7th IP infringement notice your store gets suspended. A second store opened (same details) starts fresh infringement wise, i.e the notices don't follow onto the new shop....
