Sometimes I've seen what you are describing using a computer with Windows 10 and VPN. When this happens (once in a blue moon) I ignore it and try logging in from a different computer entirely (MAC)...

Stick to using separate windows user accounts.
The various desktop are still under the same user account and the cookies and flash objects are therefore shared.
