just add your actual details held with your bank

all these manipulations with names having wrong letters , stealth addresses etc. just lead to problems , could be that some people are accepted...

Either way eBay do compliance checks and the bank name and address does not match exactly your payouts will be put on hold until they match, there’s no way around it everything has to match exactly.

You can add the new card and delete the old one.

You can confirm your bank or not, your choice. No biggie either way if it's working for you.

You do have to legallly offer 'change of mind' returns but they are few and far between. Plus even on a private account a buyer can force a return by opening a case...

Amazon are not going to have knowable of exactly what the condition of your item is when they send it

sure you can sign into your old banned account but you have to do it with stealth tecnique...

This means you do not have to create links between your accounts (different IP, PC user or cookies...)

their bots simply check if there are similarities with other accounts, specially suspended accounts in the past.

Here's an advice in business... never attach emotions to it.
Basically don't get attached to that one account. I know it can be tough.
